Salon Policies 


Just a few ground rules before you visit us: 

  • Please arrive for your appointment with clean, dry hair.

  • Please feel free to bring pictures and or ideas with you to your appointment.

  • Most corrective colors are collective. Often two or three appointments are needed to achieve desired results, Your stylist will discuss with you during your in depth consultation the expectations. 

  • We prefer our clients to see their look as a whole when they are at the end of their service. For that reason, we do not allow clients to finish or style their hair themselves.


The time you reserve is set aside just for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

The first late cancellation appointment is always forgiven. We get it-- life happens. Any appointments cancelled after that with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a "late-cancel".  kellieMAC requires a credit card in order to reserve your appointment time.

  • If you late-cancel a second appointment you will be responsible for 50% of your services booked.

  • Any following appointments that are missed subsequently will not be able to be rebooked at our studio.

  • Any “No Show’s” will not be able to rebook at our studio.

If you do not show with no call for your appointment time the card on file will be charged a non refundable 50% fee of the total services scheduled at the time of no show. 



kellieMAC is committed to giving you results you love, in the event you are unhappy with your hair service: please contact the salon within 7 days of your service appointment. We are happy to make small adjustments within that time frame. If you cancel or reschedule the complimentary adjustment appointment you forfeit the service and will have to pay for the adjustment at the next service appointment. 


kellieMAC does not offer refunds of any kind on services rendered.
